CLOUD-MAP 2019 Symposium Unmanned Aircraft in Atmospheric Observations
July 8-10, 2019
The National Weather Center
Norman, OK

The 2019 CLOUD-MAP Symposium brings together researchers from CLOUD-MAP partners to educate and enlighten participants on new techiques for using unmanned aircraft for observatons in the lower atmospheric boundary layer.

Focus sessions will include:

CLOUD-MAP focuses on the development and implementation of unmanned aircraft systems and their integration with sensors for Meteorology and Atmospheric Physics (MAP). This includes platform and autonomous systems development, sensors and remote imaging for weather sensing, and operations in the NAS. While broad in scope, the topics are linked by common platforms and onboard systems to provide useful data related to a number of MAP goals.
